How we check a product
Last updated September 18, 2026
Every review on this site follows the same steps, in the same order. That is what lets you compare one page with another.
1. Read the seller's own order page
Prices, bundle sizes, shipping costs and the refund window are copied from the seller's official order page — not from other reviews, ads or marketplaces. The date of that reading is printed on the review, because these prices change.
2. Put the price per bottle next to a shelf alternative
Bundles hide the real cost. We divide every package down to a price per bottle or per month, and compare it with an ordinary product of the same type from a regular store.
3. Read the refund terms to the end
"Money-back guarantee" can mean very different things. We note who pays return shipping, whether opened bottles count, and how long you have from the order date.
4. Say who it is for — and who it is not for
Every review ends with both answers. If a cheaper option would serve you just as well, we say so.
What we don't do. We do not buy, test or lab-measure products, we do not score them, and we do not repeat health claims we cannot verify. If a seller changes a price after our reading date, the seller's page is the one that counts.
